Do You Have a Refund Policy?

Cove Funded allows you to request a Refund on your Initial Purchase Fee if have a Funded Account Challenge provided you have not activated/placed any trades on your Account, however, if you have used your Active Account or failed the Funded Account Challenge, we will not be able to offer you a refund. 

To withdraw from the contract, you just need to send an email to our Support Team within 14 days from your purchase, our team will proceed to process your Refund with all your respective fees included. 

Note: Funded Accounts will receive 10% reimbursement on their initial purchase fee upon the successful completion of Phase 1 (Evaluation Stage) and Phase 2 (Verification Stage) of their Funded Account Challenge. 

Cove Funded provides its traders with an indefinite duration to complete the Funded Account Challenge. However, if you do not log in and place trades within 30 days from your Initial Registration, your Account will be temporarily suspended.
